Connecting to an ORACLE database instance on a Server In Excel
Just wondering is there was a way to connect to an ORACLE database on a
Server In Excel. I was able to connect to a database that was on my
machine locally as it was running as a windows service, but wondering is
there was a way to connect to the jdbc on a server
I have a jdbc URL in the form : 'Servername'.local:'port number':'database
service name'
I was trying to use the Data Connection Wizard on excel, but when I try
the above as a server name it does not work.
Any ways of doing this ?
